1. Minimum order (purchase of tea only) is HK$1000.

2. There is a packaging & handling fee of HK$30 per package (may vary depending on the size of the package box).

3. Since there are bank service charge, packaging & handling fee and/or postage insurance fee (see Delivery Policy) involved, Lee Kum Lan Tea Co., Ltd. will confirm customers' orders with the actual balance of the order and the information needed for payment by email or by fax. If customers do not receive any confirmation from us, please place your order again. Please wait for order confirmation from our company before you send your payment.

4. Customers' personal information will only be used for ordering purposes and occasionally be used to inform customers about new and promotional products, but not for any other purposes.

5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Method

1. By check (for Hong Kong or Macau customers)
Lee Kum Lan Tea Co., Ltd. only accepts local checks in HK currency made payable to "LEE KUM LAN TEA CO., LTD.". Please write your order number and your name on the back of your check.

2. By wire transfer (for overseas customers)
Lee Kum Lan Tea Co., Ltd. will provide customers with the bank information for
wire-transferring payments (in Hong Kong dollars) in the order confirmation by email or by fax. There may be a bank service charge per transaction (may vary from time to time according to bank policy) added to the total balance of the order.

 
Delivery Policy
After the check payment is cleared or the wire-transferred payment is received in our bank account, packages will be sent out by insured airmail (overseas) or surface mail (Hong Kong) or insured surface mail (Macau) through Hong Kong Post Office.
Lee Kum Lan Tea Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage, taxes/fees involved or any customs clearing procedures once the packages are sent out. However, we will buy insurance for our overseas and Macau customers from Hong Kong Post Office. For every HK$500 worth of goods in the package, an insurance fee of HK$2.50 (may vary according to the Hong Kong Post Office) will be added to the postage.

If customers like to have express mail service, please specify on the order form and the express shipping charges will be given in the order confirmation.
